The album features two ambient musical compositions by John Sweeting. The two additional bonus tracks take the same music which becomes the background for two guided meditations written and spoken by Kerryn Rock.

Kerryn's warm and gentle voice is as smooth and soothing as Manuka Honey on King Island Cream, and she weaves a cocoon of peace and wellbeing around the world weary soul. She conducts guided meditations in the Byron Bay area.
